Mai Tai
Ingredients
- 1 oz. Jamaican Rum
- 1 oz. Martinique or Demerara Rum
- 1/2 oz. Orange Curacao
- 3/4 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz. Orgeat (almond syrup)
- 1/4 oz. Simple Syrup
- Mint Sprig, for garnish
Instructions
- Shake all ingredients with crushed ice, then pour unstrained into a bucket glass or Tiki mug. Add more crushed ice to fill, if necessary. Garnish with a mint sprig.
