Mai Tai


  • 1 oz. Jamaican Rum
  • 1 oz. Martinique or Demerara Rum
  • 1/2 oz. Orange Curacao
  • 3/4 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1/2 oz. Orgeat (almond syrup)
  • 1/4 oz. Simple Syrup
  • Mint Sprig, for garnish


  1. Shake all ingredients with crushed ice, then pour unstrained into a bucket glass or Tiki mug. Add more crushed ice to fill, if necessary. Garnish with a mint sprig.
