- 2 oz. Gin
- 1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 oz. Simple Syrup
- 6-8 Mint Leaves
- Muddle the mint, juice, and syrup gently in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add gin and ice and shake. Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a mint leaf.
