  • 1 1/2 oz. Don's Mix*
  • 3/4 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

  2. *Don's Mix is one of Don the Beachcomber's "secret ingredients." It is composed of two parts white grapefruit juice and one part cinnamon syrup.

  1. Superior, elegant, and simply refreshing tiki drink. However, I noticed that the rhum quantity was increased from 1 1/2 to 2 oz.

Is this an individual preference or something newly discovered?

  2. Personal preference. I find that with only 1 1/2 oz. rum, the spirit tends to get drowned by the other ingredients.
