- 2 oz. Irish Whiskey
- 3/4 oz. Fresh Grapefruit Juice
- 1/2 oz. Honey
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters
- 1 dash Grapefruit (or other citrus) Bitters
- Shake all ingredients with ice, then fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
